Initial Consultation –
In this first meeting we will establish the length and mood of your portrait, choose the
setting, wardrobe and potential poses and shoot source images. When possible it is
preferable to meet in the client’s home, allowing me to see where the portrait will hang
and gain valuable insight into personalities and tastes. Fifty percent of the fee is due at
this time.
Pose Approval
At this second meeting we will review the source images, confirm the length and
dimensions and establish the pose, gaze and expression for your portrait.
Viewing –
When the portrait nears completion we will meet for your appraisal. The subject should
be available as a model so that alterations according to your comments can be made on
the spot.
Final Approval & Delivery –
In the last meeting I will deliver your portrait and the balance of the fee will be due.
